Three more sleeps
And then you'll hear
A hundred zillion fireworks,
Music loud and champagne corks
Sparkly lights up in the air,
Countdowns counting everywhere.
Celebrities on television
Making New Year's resolutions.
And, when it gets even darker,
I'll write my name with a sparkler.
Don't forget to wake me up
Just before twelve o'clock!
Whisper right into my ear:
